Upon receipt of the complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer the complaint within 14 days of receipt. In case more time is required, we will inform you.

If you disagree with the answer then there is the possibility to submit the dispute for mediation to Stichting Webshop Keurmerk (Foundation Webshop Trustmark).
If mediation does not provide a satisfactory solution, there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to Geschillencommissie SGC (SGC Disputes Committee).
